Meet Cavan Stevens

Cavan  has over 50 years of construction experience. Born in the UK and starting life as a Pipe Fitter turned Mechanical Engineer, then Coordinator/Estimator on Mechanical/Electrical projects in Heavy Industry. He moved to Canada in 1973 and worked as Coordinator/Estimator for Mechanical/Electrical contracts in Ontario. In 1979 Cavan moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as General Manager of a Canadian/Saudi joint venture Mechanical /Electrical Contractor. In 1982 Cavan went to Riyadh to co-ordinate the construction of a new Headquarters for the Ministry of Housing and Public Works. In 1985 Cavan returned to Canada and Vancouver as Branch Manager for a National Company selling and servicing Building Automation throughout British Columbia. In 1987 Cavan started his own construction company  and specializes in building high-end luxury homes on the North Shore of Vancouver, British Columbia.Canexco.com. Cavan has been an avid squash player since 1975 and still plays regular doubles games. Cavan has done many years of volunteer work as an assistant coach with special Olympics and is a past V.P. of a non profit HYAD (Housing for Young Adults with Disabilities)
